Half-cooked duck foie gras, pear compote, squid ink crumble and toast (Supplement 3 €)

Guinea fow pie, veal sweetbread and morel mushrooms, crunchy salad

Gambas in Kadaïf, mixed vegetables, beet carpaccio, mayonnaise with herbs

Cream of Jerusalem artichoke soup, chestnut chips and smoked duck breast, almond milk mousse

Main courses

Scallops, declination around the carrot, crispy cumin tile

Roasted hake steak, crushed broccoli with shellfish, lightness of a creamy bisque

Braised lamb shank with thyme, caramelized with balsamic vinegar, beans and cured pork loin

Pork belly confit one night, salsify in persillade, virgin with orange and gravy

Suggestion festive : Roasted veal filet mignon, fried mushrooms with hazelnut chips, short juice (supplément 5€)
